Returns Policy

Should you for any reason be unhappy with the products you have ordered please contact us immediately. We will arrange a collection for you.

Goods must be returned within 7 days from date of despatch.

Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging and proper paperwork must be supplied when we come to collect the parcel.

Promotional items, specials, office furniture and printed matter cannot be returned once ordered, except if damaged or defective.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Damaged or Faulty products:

If you wish to report a product because it is damaged on arrival please notify CEETA Business Supplies Ltd by email within 3 working days. Please have your order reference and the product code to enable us to process the return. We are unable to process damaged items outside of the 3 working day window.

For most items we will arrange for a collection of the faulty item and a replacement to be sent out. Sometimes, mainly with large or electrical items, printers, shredders etc, we will have to refer you to the manufacturer who carry out the guarantee. In this instance we will provide you with the contact details and anything else you may need to know.

In both instances we will arrange for replacement items to be sent if applicable within 2 working days. Collection of the damaged / faulty items, if applicable, can take 2-3 working days to be completed.

 

Items no longer required:

Should you order something in error or if the product is no longer required, we are happy to take it back and issue a refund, providing you notify us of this within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include in the parcel a copy of either the delivery note or invoice. The cost of the return would need to be covered by yourself. We always recommend using a tracked service.

IN ALL RETURN SCENARIOS – THE PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNOPENED PACKAGING, IF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS NOT RETURNED WITH THE GOODS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR RE-SALE WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN FROM YOU

We are unable to accept returns for food and drink items or for bespoke or special order goods.

 

Restocking fees:

Furniture items returned are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Any items that are no longer required or ordered in error, if returned outside of the first 14 days may incur a restocking fee. Please contact us for more information about whether we can accept your return and what the restock fee will be
